• Financial Information: When you make a purchase, your payment card information is collected by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data in accordance with the performance of a contract and legal obligations.

• Booking & Service: To manage registrations, ensure your child is in the correct age group, and provide language support where needed.

• Invoicing: Your address is required for accurate billing and to comply with Dutch tax (BTW) regulations.

• Communication: To send essential updates regarding your bookings or safety alerts.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your data only with trusted partners necessary to run our business. They are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing.

• SimplyBook.me: Our booking platform where your registration data is stored.

• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with our website. This helps us measure site performance and improve our content. Google uses cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.
